Color Therapy

Color is very important in our lives and affects everything around us. Color influences our bodies, moods and feelings. It has the ability to heal. Understanding and using color as a therapy tool is very important.

There are many types of color therapy and in this workshop we will learn how to use color and the different types of therapy that can be applied to our lives in specific situations. We each have individual colors that work best for us as well.
