Reiki Hand Positions
This document contains the Reiki hand positions that should be used when giving Reiki to a client. You can print this out and keep for your own records to use as a reference. Also provides some information on working with crystals and chakra balancing.

Meditation Techniques
These are some meditation techniques that I like to use on a regular basis.

Divine Presence Symbol
This is an attunement symbol presented by my dear friend Russell. You do not need to be a Reiki practitioner to give and receive this attunement; it is very powerful and enables healing.

Guided Meditation for Primary Students
Meditation is very important for both adults and children. Studies have shown that children that have a regular meditation practice get better grades and are not affected by ADD, etc. I encourage parents and teachers alike to train children in the art of meditation!
